Marc Terenzi原来是Natural的主唱和发起人。但实际上，Natural在美国并不是很红，因为当时是新派摇滚兴起的时候，大家更接受Linkin Park。而乐队经纪人发现他们的专辑却在德国大卖，似乎德国人更接受这种老式流行风格的东西。于是乐队之后把重心放在了德国。正是因为这样，Marc Terenzi在德国遇到了德国大牌流行女艺人Sarah Connor。两人一见钟情，步入爱河，之后Marc Terenzi只身在德国发展。

单飞后，Marc Terenzi的曲风略有改变，从以前带一点点朋克风格的流行风格转为更为通俗大众的风格。换句话说就是与Sarah Connor一样的风格。两人不久结婚了。他特意为婚礼准备了一首歌，就是《Love to Be Loved by You》，名字很拗口，不过背后有故事，因为Sarah Connor的招牌作品就是《Living to Love You》。两人还曾合作过《Just One Last Dance》，也是金曲。《Love to Be Loved by You》表现不俗，在欧洲各地排行榜都打到了第二的位置。

Marc Terenzi凭借独特的声音以及一首个人单曲《Love to Be Loved by You》迅速在德国以及欧美走红，单曲强势占领2005德国排行榜亚军，并挥军直入欧陆各国排行榜TOP 10，抢攻欧洲流行单曲榜TOP 10。

相信很多人都被Sarah Connor的歌声所倾倒，《Just One Last Dance》、《Living to Love You》等等都是脍炙人口的经典，才女应当配俊男。《Love to Be Loved by You》这首歌是Marc Terenzi在他与Sarah Connor的婚礼上唱的，是Marc送给太太Sarah Connor的一首歌曲。他们的婚礼是在电视上举行的，包括前期的婚礼准备，可谓隐私尽曝，甜蜜、浪漫、矛盾、争吵都展现在关心他们的观众面前。在西班牙的海边，浪漫的场景、浪漫的婚礼、还有浪漫的新郎新娘。Terenzi在海边大石上弹着钢琴，深情的唱着《Love to Be Loved by You》，Sarah留下了幸福的泪水。

不过令人极为惋惜的是，几年后，这对明星夫妇的婚姻还是走到了尽头。婚姻破裂后，两人都一度很悲伤。但做不成夫妻，仍然是好朋友。

他们关系发生破裂是在今年春季发生的，Marc经常与朋友出入舞厅夜总会彻夜狂欢，忽略家庭，还与舞女发生绯闻，满大街的被报纸刊登。还有Marc打算回美国，而Sarah却希望和孩子一起留在德国，这个分歧可能也加速了她们夫妻关系的破裂。不过离婚不可能只为了这么些事情，肯定还有其他的，这我们就无从得知了。

和Sarah Connor离婚后Marc和华裔女星白灵（纯属脱星）手牵手出现在公共场合，Marc一脸坏笑的搂住白灵。两人手牵手出现，媒体传最终于凌晨五时消失在宾馆。这不禁使人想起离婚后首次亮相的Sarah，她双眼红肿，Tee上印着“Always Family”唱歌时几次有想要哭的冲动。无法让人不去感叹天长地久有尽时，曾经的《Love to Be Loved by You》最终成为了《Just One Last Dance》。

然而，近几个月Sarah被人拍到和Marc乘坐同一辆车一同去吃饭的照片。两人都十分开心。对于这件事，Sarah只是说：“We just friends！”
